Pontings offer a comprehensive refurbishment service where we can arrange any maintenance works prior to a new tenancy. This includes decorating, arranging new flooring, general property maintenance, gardening and landscaping, electrical work, works to windows and doors, roofs and anything else that may be required. If these works are arranged whilst the property is not tenanted, then this will be carried out on the basis that Pontings will project manage all aspects of these works and a project management margin will be incorporated in to the quotes set out for you to approve.
