Our complaints procedure has been structured to ensure any concerns are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Please follow this process:
Speak to Anna McCallum at the office and raise any concerns that you have. This can be done privately at the office if you so wish.
If this does not resolve your complaint then please put your complaint in writing and send it to Anna McCallum anna@pontingsresidential.co.uk or write to;

A formal written outcome of the investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days.
If you still feel that your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction, then please contact the Property Redress Scheme who we are a member of.
